Student massage appointment requests
When you request a student massage, we store your name, email, phone number, availability preferences and contact permission in our customer relationship system. We use these details to respond to your request and arrange the next step. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not include medical information in the request form. Contact the academy to update or withdraw a request or ask about your personal information.
Website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we use PostHog US Cloud, provided by PostHog Inc. in the United States, to understand how the website is used. It records the page you visit and key steps such as sending an enquiry, opening the chat, submitting an application or completing enrolment. It does not receive form values, chat messages, email addresses or payment details, and it stores nothing in your browser. Requests pass through this website's own address on the way to PostHog, which processes them for us under its data processing agreement, including safeguards for transfers to the United States. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. We also use Google Analytics, after the same choice, for public page visits.
