Cancellation & refund information
Before you book
Request the complete booking terms for your chosen course before paying. Check the total commitment, cancellation deadlines, any applicable charges, transfer arrangements and what happens if the academy postpones or cancels the course. Keep a copy with your booking confirmation.
If you want to cancel or change a booking
Contact SSTA with your name, course and booking reference. Tell us whether you want to cancel, transfer or discuss a change. Ask for a written response explaining the applicable terms, any refund calculation and the next steps.
If course plans change
Course dates are confirmed once the cohort fills. Before booking travel or taking leave, ask SSTA to confirm the timetable and the arrangements that apply if the course is postponed or cannot proceed.
