Serious Sports Training Academy helps learners understand the work, practise it under observation and see the full commitment before they decide whether to apply.
Why the academy exists
Because practical work deserves more than a demonstration
SSTA was founded by Faz, whose background spans sports massage, personal training and boxing coaching. The academy grew from a straightforward belief: practical confidence needs time, repetition and direct feedback.
The academy is based at Chichester Racquets & Fitness Club. For Level 3 Sports Massage, teaching takes place in Chichester in a group capped at 10 learners. The venue for each group, the delivery timetable and compulsory attendance are confirmed in writing before you pay. University of Chichester students can read the Level 3 sports massage information for University of Chichester students.
That belief also shapes how SSTA describes its courses: publish what is known, identify what still needs confirming and give prospective learners room to decide without pressure.
