Clear before commitment
A serious decision begins with the full commitment: current timetable, compulsory attendance, assessment expectations, fee and availability.

About SSTA

Why the academy exists
SSTA was founded by Faz, whose background spans sports massage, personal training and boxing coaching. The academy grew from a straightforward belief: practical confidence needs time, repetition and direct feedback.
The academy now trains from Chichester Racquets & Fitness Club. For Level 3 Sports Massage, teaching takes place in a group capped at 10 learners, with the current delivery timetable and compulsory attendance confirmed before enrolment.
That belief also shapes how SSTA describes its courses: publish what is known, identify what still needs confirming and give prospective learners room to decide without pressure.
How we work
They shape both the training experience and the way SSTA communicates before enrolment.
01
A serious decision begins with the full commitment: current timetable, compulsory attendance, assessment expectations, fee and availability.
02
Tutor demonstration, supervised repetition, direct feedback and complete client scenarios connect theory to work that can be seen and refined.
03
A qualification can provide a professional foundation. It cannot promise employment, clients or income, so progression is discussed without overclaiming it.
Level 3 qualification
These facts apply to the Level 3 Sports Massage course. Check the individual page for any other programme rather than assuming the same details apply.
Where training happens
The academy uses a working fitness environment in Oaklands Park for its in-person training.
