Start With the Work You Want to Do
The best first qualification is not always the one with the loudest title. It is the one that matches the clients you want to help, the setting you want to work in, and the confidence you need to build.
Compare these before booking
- ✓The type of clients you want to support
- ✓Whether you prefer gym, therapy, studio, or nutrition work
- ✓How much practical tutor contact you need
- ✓Your target start date and weekly study time
- ✓Whether payment plans would make the route easier

Map the role
Picture a normal working day after qualifying. If that picture is a gym floor, start with gym instructing. If it is one-to-one coaching, personal training may be the next move.

Check the entry point
Some qualifications are natural entry points, while others work better once you already have a base qualification or practical confidence.
“A good pathway should feel challenging, but not confusing.”
