How it works
Two ways to train your team
Every learner goes through the same application and suitability check, and receives the same practical teaching and assessment.
- Open cohort: book places for one or more staff in a scheduled SSTA group in Chichester.
- Closed cohort: a group of up to 10 from your organisation, with dates agreed with you.
- The standard fee is £1,997.99 per learner, with a deposit and instalment option. Ask us about terms for a closed cohort.

How many staff can we train?
A closed cohort can be up to 10 learners, which is the maximum group size for practical teaching and feedback. Smaller numbers can join an open cohort.

Do staff need previous qualifications?
Active IQ sets no previous qualification requirement. Each learner is checked for suitability before they start.
