A small group, not a city-sized class
Practical massage is learned on the couch with a tutor watching. SSTA caps each group at 10, whether it meets in Chichester or, one day, in Brighton.
Register for the next Chichester group — dates are confirmed once it fills. If you would rather not travel, register for a Brighton & Hove group: Hove, Portslade, Shoreham, Lewes and the Mid Sussex towns would all be counted towards it.
Brighton questions
Could I reach a 9am weekend start in Chichester from Brighton?
On the Summer 2026 timetable, yes: the Saturday 07:13 and Sunday 07:15 arrive just after 8am. The October 2026 group started at 9am; admissions confirms the times for your group.

Mostly. Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training are studied online; you attend only for assessment. Level 3 needs a suitable Level 2 first.
